I started with Abby with the goal of losing weight, but our sessions became so much more than that. Not only have I reached my weight loss goal, we started doing strength training, which has been amazing and I've never felt better about myself. Abby is not only my trainer, but has become a friend. She pushes me to do my best and wants me to achieve more, but also makes working out enjoyable, and it feels like we're hanging out. As my goals change, she's always creating new and creative plans and has also helped me understand healthy eating habits and meal planning. Being in this journey with her has changed my life, gave me confidence, and allowed me to put my mental health and fitness as a top priority in my life. I'm so happy to have met her and continue my fitness journey with her.

How Do We Support Our Clients?

1-on-1 & Group Training

One-on-one sessions offer a personalized approach to help clients achieve their individual goals in a private and comfortable setting. On the other hand, group sessions foster a fun and engaging environment, allowing clients to challenge themselves while training alongside friends and family. 

Individualized Programming 

Client programs are designed to address unique goals and any specific needs or limitations. As clients progress through each workout, we work closely to monitor improvements in strength, endurance, stability, and more. Together, we ensure that clients stay on track and achieve their fitness aspirations!

Habit-Building 

Building good habits can be challenging. We work alongside our clients to uncover past, present, and future obstacles that may hinder their progress toward achieving their goals. Understanding these limitations is crucial in the journey to develop healthy, sustainable habits.
